The Eligibility Spectrum is based on the reasons for child protective services as set out in the Child and Family Services Act, a provincial law. These include:
1. Physical/Sexual Harm by Commission
The child has suffered physical or sexual harm or there is a risk that the child is likely to suffer physical or sexual harm as a result of an act or action by a caregiver.
